General Entry Rules and Regulations

Residents of Herkimer County or surrounding counties are welcome to enter.

Entrants of Arts and Crafts will be 19 years of age or older. Entrants younger than 19 will enter the Youth Department.

All entries must be the original work by the exhibitor in the year preceding the Fair.

All exhibits accepted Sunday 12-8 pm and Monday 12-8 pm.

The Exhibits Committee will afford all possible protection for exhibits and is not responsible for damage or loss.

Decisions of the judge are final.
-
Exhibits can be removed on Monday after the closing of the Fair.

8" x 10" film enlargement or 8" x 11" digital print (digital photos must be printed on 600 dpi or higher)
