General Entry Rules and Regulations

There must be at least 5 animals to justify a show otherwise premiums will be paid the same as the swine premiums.Entries Due August 10th

 

PREMIUMS 1st - $12.00, 2nd - $8.00, 3rd - $5.00, 4th - $3.00

Division 1 - Open Division -(Open only) Entry fee of $3.00 per animal per class due at time of entry

Division 2 - Youth Division

Grand Champion will be awarded a $100 Gift Certificate by CLINTON TRACTOR

General Sheep Information:

 1. Sheep entries must follow General Rules for all livestock and Health Requirements & IDs for sheep.
 2. Bred and owned animals must be verified with registration papers.
3. Market lamb entries may not be shown in breeding classes or vice versa.
4. Over the Hill showman will be first followed by showmanship

Showmanship (age as of January 1st)

Class 900 - Novice (1st time showing sheep)

Class 901 - Pee Wee (under 7)
Class 902 - Juniors (8 - 11 Years)

Class 903 - Intermediate (12-15)
Class 904 - Seniors (16 - 18)

Class 905 - Over the Hill (19+)

Alpacas & Lamas
