    _{one crown —the fairs crown must be a priority in the various parades}

_{8. Girls may wear a party dress or theme outfit.}

_{9.  Boys may wear a suit jacket, vest or theme outfit.}

_{10. One parent or guardian must be with contestants at all times, except on stage.}
