Vinces U-Pull-It  has the exclusive rights to purchase cars from the Derbies both nights -Numbers will assigned to each Car -only the driver/helper can tow out his own car-no other salvage companies allowed to buy /tow these cars

I have read the rules and will accept the decision of the judges and Fair Officials as final and elect to use the grounds in its present condition.

I agree to have my car in the pit area and sign in one hour prior to show time.

Release and waiver of Liability Form will be signed at the time of sign-in prior to issuance of wrist bands.

Non returnable Entry Fee of $25.00 per entry to accompany entry. This includes $19 Entry Fee and $6 for WRISTBANDS.

Each driver will be allowed 2 pit passes—one for driver and one for mechanic. These wristbands will allow participants to leave and re-enter the fair grounds during the event.

7th Heat for winners of heats 1-6  $500.00 prize to winner each night

Pay back will be 80% payback-$15 per car per heat.

Decorated cars will be judged by individuals each night, based on fair theme —"Around the World in 6 Days"

A State Fair entry will be chosen from winners of heats from both nights and selected after last heat. 2 winners will represent Herkimer County Fair on Labor Day at the State Fair.
